Non-destructive restoration for flues
Our thermosetting sheaths follow and shape the various curves and uneven areas in the flue, achieving the same fit as a well-tailored suit; this is all thanks to the use of very adaptable high-tech materials and to the expertise of our researchers and designers, who calculate the relevant measurements and adaptability of the liner in real time.
The innovative system provides a complete, tailor-made way to restore outdated flues without the need to replace pipes or break into walls, offering the assurance of a monolithic flue that is as good as new, durable, guaranteed and certified.
This inflatable thermosetting flue provides the ideal way to restore the flues of condensing boilers, and has been specifically designed to be environmentally friendly and energy-saving.

The HT 1000 is the world’s only wholly inorganic and refractory ceramic liner that is also completely non-flammable. After many years spent researching and developing ceramic composites, our lab technicians managed to create a totally non-flammable thermosetting liner. It offers a permanent way to restore flues that are in constant use at high temperatures, such as those for fireplaces and wood-burning ovens.

FITFIRE® SYSTEM
Restoration of ventilation and extractor ducts
The need to save energy led Beca Engineering to develop a system for restoring outdated ventilation ducts without the need for any masonry work, allowing you to transform old ventilation systems into new heat recovery systems, using the thermal exchange between clean and stale air.
Beca Engineering has developed a special liner for the restoration of kitchen air extraction ducts in restaurants, fast food sectors and canteens. Thanks to a particular internal oil repellent surface, cleaning operations are drastically reduced.
